What is HoReCa Adria?

HoReCa Adria is a B2B trade fair of professional equipment for hotels, tourism and catering that will be held in Zagreb in Croatia, in its 11th edition, from 22 to 24 October 2026.

More than 200 suppliers of professional equipment, technology, furniture, decor and small inventory are exhibited at the fair, with an accompanying conference and masterclass program. The HoReCa Adria fair was held for nine consecutive years in Opatija, and in 2024 it moved to Zagreb, where it continues to be held biennially.

When is the fair held and what are its opening hours?

HoReCa Adria will be held from Thursday, 22 to Saturday, 24 October 2026 at the Zagreb Fair in Croatia.

Where will the fair be held?

HoReCa Adria will be held from 22nd to 24th of October at the Zagreb Fair in pavilions 8a, 9a and 11a.

What are the terms of installation and removal of stands?

Information on setting up and removing stands will be announced shortly.

How to get to the fair and where to park?

If you come to Zagreb by car, simply follow the direction towards the city center from the Lučko toll station. Zagreb Fair is easily accessible and well marked. After entering the city follow the signs for Dubrovnik Avenue.

Entrance to the fair is possible only through the main entrance of the Zagreb Fair on Dubrovnik Avenue. Information about accreditations for exhibitors will be received in advance from the organizers.

The cost of a one-time parking card is 0.70 euros/h. Find out more about the parking charge and the opening hours of the entrance on the official website Zagreb Fair.

Can I arrange meetings with visitors in advance?

Exhibitors independently arrange meetings with visitors, while the organizer will provide tools for easier networking and greater visibility through the fair application. For the exchange of data between exhibitors and visitors, a fair application will be available to all exhibitors

Which supplier profiles participate as exhibitors?

At the HoReCa Adria fair, suppliers of the following equipment categories will exhibit:

Equipment for tourism and catering
Professional equipment for food preparation, processing and serving, thermal, neutral and cooling equipment, room and bathroom equipment, laundry solutions and cleaning, hydromassage pools

Furniture, decoration and decor
Complete program for decoration of rooms and accommodation, furniture, decors, textile accessories, floor coverings, equipment for terraces and outdoor areas, sun protection

Small and consumables
Tableware, cutlery and small inventory, consumables, disposable packaging, buffet and bar program, catering equipment, coffee and raw materials, cleaning products, decors

Technologies and booking
Access control, identification and smart rooms, booking agencies and channel managers, cash registers, solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations, security systems

Who are the visitors of HoReCa Adria?

The fair is exclusively B2B in nature and is intended for restaurateurs, hotel owners and managers, managers of F&B departments, hotel operators and procurement, including representatives of large hotel groups, boutique hotels, small family hotels, campsites and resorts, as well as holiday home owners and investors in tourism. In order to maintain its business character, the entrance is free for professionals from the sector with prior registration and entry of information about the activity and the facility/company, and during the fair it is mandatory to wear accreditations.

How can exhibitors invite their clients to HoReCa Adria?

Each exhibitor will receive their own promotional code for free registration of their clients and business partners. The code can be distributed to important clients from tourism, who register for a visit through the visitor registration form.

Remark: Promo codes can be used exclusively by professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry.

What does the exhibition package include?

Different sizes and types of exhibition spaces are available to exhibitors: spaces open on one side (in a row), on two sides (angular) or on three sides (peninsula). There are also spaces with basic decoration in Octanorm construction, as well as undecorated spaces that exhibitors can arrange in their own arrangement. Additional services, such as electricity and water connections or the ordering of basic equipment in Octanorm, are provided by the organizer as needed, and everything is agreed during the preparation and realization of the exhibition space.

How to order additional services and equipment for the stand?

Additional equipment order information (furniture, graphic services, electrical connections, etc.) will be available soon. When ordering becomes active, all contact representatives of the exhibitor will receive an e-mail notification with details and instructions.
